REFUNDS

At Santi’s we don’t offer refunds since for every service carried out, we still have to pay our stylists and cover salon costs. However, we are very happy to get you back in the salon for a re-do to make sure you love your Hair Everyday!

CONSULTATION:

If you haven’t experienced Santi’s yet, or feel like you need a change to your current hair style or colour, we always recommend having a complimentary consultation beforehand. We have talented hair stylists and colourists who would be happy to talk you through any change, whether it’s simply adding a few layers or a total style overhaul.

SKIN TEST/PATCH TEST:

At Santi’s, our clients’ health and wellbeing is one of our highest priorities. Although very rare, sometimes reactions to colour can happen, so in order to prevent this from happening; we operate a mandatory Skin allergy test which must be completed at least 48 hours prior to any colour booking if you are a new client to Santis’s Salon, if you are an existing client you need to make sure that your last colour was within the last six months. For anyone who has recovered from covid recently and has booked a colour service, we highly recommend to get skin tested again prior to your colour service.

SALON OFFERS:

All salon offers can not be used in conjunction with any other offers. If the salon is running a seasonal offer, you will only be able to use one at a time. For more information please contact the salon and our receptionist will be happy to assist you.

New clients/referral discounts are only valid Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Services must be completed by 5pm in order to receive the discount. Offers are not valid during the month of December.

DOG FRIENDLY SALON:

We are happy to be a dog friendly salon and welcome bringing your dogs along with you to your appointment. All that we ask is that your canine companions are fully house trained, remain on their leads and are friendly with other dogs and humans.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you would like to change or move your booking, we would appreciate 48 hours notice. Whilst we always try to ensure we accommodate all booking requests, last minute cancellations can be hard to fill so we kindly ask that you let us know in advance so we can offer it to someone else. If cancelled with less than 48 hours notice you will loose your 50% deposit as we still need to pay our Stylists.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:

Whilst at Santi’s although we will endeavour to keep your personal belongings safe and free from damage; we are unable to accept any responsibility for loss or damage to your personal possessions whilst on our premises. We will also take every precaution possible to protect your clothing from colour damage, but we also advise you to wear something appropriate in order to avoid any disappointment.
